Food Waste To Good Taste

Introduction
The Food Waste to Good Taste campaign launches for its second year to raise awareness and promote creative approaches to managing and repurposing nutritious food waste from Hong KongĀ’s hospitality industry.

Through training and knowledge sharing, the aim is to encourage restaurants and the wider community to become more conscious of the loss of nutrients through food waste, adopt better management practices and optimize food scraps into new recipes.
