The Hong Kong Women Professionals & Entrepreneurs Association, in collaboration with the Hong Kong Productivity Council, has launched the “Cherish Food” initiative to promote the reduction of food waste in Hong Kong.
This initiative encourages seven food-related industries to:
– Implement measures to reduce food waste
– Actively promote the importance of cherishing food resources to other stakeholders
